The question is: do you get paid for it? \nContract management is where revenue is protected or lost. A missed notice\, a poorly priced variation\, or a time claim handled wrong can cost you thousands. \nThis workshop shows you the order that protects you: notice first\, prove entitlement\, then price. You’ll learn to use AI to draft notices the moment something changes\, build variations from contract rates\, handle time claims without double-counting\, and run back-to-back checks so you never carry a risk you can’t recover. \nWhy this matters: Every change on site is a potential revenue loss — or gain.
