The Ottawa Electrical Contractors Association (Ottawa ECA) was established in 1964 as a not-for-profit organization representing nearly 200 electrical contractors serving the industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, and service sectors across the Greater Ottawa Area.

As one of 10 regional associations within the Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario (ECAO),  Ottawa’s ECA advocates on behalf of its members on matters related to electrical contracting, construction legislation, health and safety, education, government relations, labour relations, and the advancement of industry standards and best practices.

Our vision is to represent and unify the electrical contracting industry as leaders providing unparalleled quality service in the National Capital Reason.

Ottawa ECA’s mission is to serve, promote, and strengthen the electrical contracting industry while ensuring the health, safety, and success of all members and their employees throughout the Greater Ottawa Area.
