CURTEK – Revu Foundations for Construction

Revu Basics introduces new and light users to the essential tools, interface, and workflows within Bluebeam Revu 21 (Core or Complete). Participants learn how to navigate drawings, organize PDFs, and apply markups and tool sets to communicate effectively and maintain drawing accuracy in a digital environment. This course is ideal for anyone new to Bluebeam Revu or those who wish to create a solid foundation to build on.

Intended Audience: Designed for trade contractors, forepersons, estimators, and site supervisors who work under general contractors on commercial projects and want to improve professionalism, communication, and customer relationships.

Prerequisite: No formal prerequisites are Participants should have experience working in a trade role on active commercial construction projects.


Learning Outcomes:   By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  1. Tailor Your Workspace: Navigate the Bluebeam Revu interface with confidence and build custom profiles suited to your specific project role.
  2. Manage Complex Drawings: Open, view, and seamlessly manipulate multi-page PDF plans, drawings, and blueprints.
  3. Ensure Measurement Accuracy: Calibrate drawings and verify scale parameters to guarantee precise digital measurements.
  4. Streamline Design Tools: Apply, modify, and save specialized markups to your personal Tool Chest for rapid deployment.
  5. Audit & Export Project Data: Track every markup and generate automated, clear data reports using the Markups List.
  6. Standardize Communication: Utilize digital Stamps to establish consistent, QA/QC-approved document workflows.
  7. Connect Teams Instantly: Lead and participate in real-time document reviews using Bluebeam Studio Sessions and Projects.

⚠️ The Basic plan is limited and some features demonstrated will not be available.

Not Compatible:
