Cancellation Policy

Our educational programs require significant advance planning and commitment of resources, including instructors, facilities, and course materials. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and reasonable when processing cancellation requests. Participants are encouraged to review the refund policy carefully before registering. By completing registration, participants acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy.

• Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the course start date: Full refund of any fees paid and no charge-back to the participant.
• Cancellations received 5 to 13 days prior to the course start date: The participant will be responsible for 50% of the course cost.
• Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the course start date, or failure to attend the course: The participant will be responsible for 100% of the course cost.
• Participant substitutions may be allowed with prior approval and written notice.
